Return Policy and Cancellation: all cakes are custom-made, therefore no cakes can be fully refunded, except for orders cancelled a week before pickup/delivery date. After the order is placed and you wish to cancel, you can only get a refund of 70% of your deposit or you can transfer the fund to another cake order. Alternatively, we will provide the full amount of credit and can use it for future orders. The amount will be valid for one year.
