The Simply Fondant Silk Roses Wedding Cake is a classic tiered fondant wedding cake finished with ribbon trim and silk roses. It comes in three, four or five tiers, with serving sizes starting from 70 to 100 guests, and suits couples who want a timeless cake without an elaborate design.
The silk roses and the ribbon colour can both be changed to match your bouquet, bridesmaid dresses or wedding palette. Because the roses are silk, they hold their colour and shape throughout a long reception. Each tier can be baked in a different flavour, which lets you offer guests more than one choice, and the clean fondant finish works as well in a church hall as in a formal banquet room.
It is made in our 100% nut-free bakery, which is also lactose-free, and every tier is Halal, alcohol-free and gelatine-free. Eggless and vegan tiers are available on pre-order, and a dairy-free sponge comes in French Vanilla or French Chocolate.
