The Gold Stencil Monogram Wedding Cake is a tiered fondant wedding cake with gold stencilled patterns, gumpaste flowers and a monogram of the couple's initials. Stencilling lays a fine, lace-like pattern across the fondant, and the monogram makes the design unmistakably yours.
The gumpaste flowers are handcrafted from sugar and are fully edible, and their colour can be matched to your bouquet. Send us your initials or the crest from your invitations so the lettering follows the same style as your stationery, and tell us whether you prefer gold, silver or a soft colour for the stencil work. Each tier can be baked in a different flavour, and one couple noted that their leftovers were still fresh days after the reception.
