The Custom Stencil Wedding Cake with Acrylic Spacer and Silk Flowers is a custom multi-tier fondant wedding cake baked in a 100% dedicated nut-free and lactose-free kitchen - featuring transparent acrylic spacers between tiers that create a dramatic floating-tier visual effect, with returnable silk flower inserts arranged within the spacer sections to frame each tier with a coordinated floral display. It is one of the most architecturally striking designs in the wedding cake range, suited to modern, glamorous, and fashion-forward wedding aesthetics.
The fondant exterior of each tier is finished using a custom stencil technique - a decorative pattern is applied over the smooth fondant surface using food-safe stencils and edible pigment, producing a consistent raised texture across all tiers. The stencil pattern and colour are fully customisable to match your wedding palette - soft florals, metallic lacework, geometric patterns, and custom monograms are all available options confirmed at the design consultation. Each tier can be ordered in a different flavour to accommodate varied guest preferences.
Please note that the acrylic spacers and silk flower inserts are non-edible and returnable after the event. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required at time of ordering to cover the acrylic spacers and silk flowers - this deposit is returned in full upon their return following the event.
Every order is baked fresh in a 100% dedicated nut-free and lactose-free facility - suitable for large venue celebrations and mixed dietary guest lists across the GTA. IFANCA Halal certified, alcohol-free, and gelatine-free as standard. This design is available with an eggless or vegan sponge option - confirm at time of ordering.

"We recently worked with Irresistible Cakes for our wedding cake. We had an excellent experience with great customer service. We ordered our cake at the National Bridal Show and got an amazing deal. The samples attracted us immediately with such a moist sponge cake and each filling as good as the previous. My husband, my bridal party and I completely fell in love with the cakes and knew in that instance that we had to go with icakes. The people at icakes were so flexible when I wanted to make some changes to the details of the cake design and allowed us to have different flavours for each tier when we were indecisive :) On the day of our wedding, the cake looked absolutely stunning and was so fresh even as we ate the leftovers days later. Going forward, I would choose icakes for any cakes for special occasions! They provide great service, look great and are reasonably priced.
