The Religious Palette Knife Confirmation Cake is a custom buttercream celebration cake baked in a 100% dedicated nut-free, allergy-safe kitchen - decorated using the palette knife technique, where our decorators hand-sculpt textured leaves and petals directly onto the buttercream surface using palette tools to produce a raised, three-dimensional botanical finish. It is suited to Confirmation, First Communion, and Baptism ceremonies where a contemporary artistic design is preferred over a traditional fondant build.
The decoration is applied freehand across the buttercream exterior in shades of sage and forest green with metallic gold leaf edges, creating an organic, artisan-quality finish that is fully edible throughout. A hand-moulded cross is mounted as the centrepiece topper in deep navy blue as standard - the cross colour is customisable to gold, silver, light blue, or pink to match your ceremony palette. A personalised calligraphy message is hand-piped on the presentation board in matching icing - specify the child's name and message in the instructions field at checkout.
Every cake is baked fresh in a 100% dedicated nut-free facility, IFANCA Halal certified, lactose-free, alcohol-free, and gelatine-free as standard. An egg-free and vegan sponge option is available on request and must be confirmed at time of ordering.
