The Mermaid Tail Under the Sea Birthday Cake is a custom buttercream celebration cake baked in a 100% dedicated nut-free, school-safe kitchen - decorated with two hand-sculpted fondant mermaid tails with shimmering scale texture diving into a textured lavender buttercream ocean base, making it one of the most detailed and visually distinctive designs in the kids' birthday cake range. Every 3D decorative element on this cake is fully edible.
The decoration is built across five distinct elements. The exterior is finished in rippled lavender buttercream to replicate ocean wave texture. Two mermaid tails are individually hand-sculpted from nut-free fondant with layered scale detailing and a shimmering finish. A golden edible sand border made from toasted nut-free flakes runs along the base of the cake. Hand-moulded white starfish, seahorses, and coral accents are arranged across the surface.
