It is distinct from the Rosettes Tall Cake in its full-coverage ruffle texture — every surface of the exterior is hand-piped in layered horizontal ruffles rather than individual rosette clusters.

The expected cake height is 4 to 5 inches. The ruffle colour and base palette are fully customisable - pastel tones including blush, mint, lavender, and ivory are most popular for this design, with vibrant colour combinations also available.
