The Mediterranean Blue Scroll Lemon Birthday Cake is a custom tall-format buttercream celebration cake baked in a 100% dedicated nut-free, allergy-safe kitchen - decorated with intricate hand-piped baroque scrollwork in deep cobalt blue, garnished with fresh lemon slices and mint leaves, and finished on a smooth white buttercream base. It is suited to birthdays, bridal showers, garden parties, and engagement celebrations where the design needs to feel distinctly upscale and Mediterranean-inspired.
 

The baroque scroll pattern is piped by hand directly onto the buttercream exterior using traditional piping technique, producing a raised three-dimensional texture across the full surface of the cake. The scrollwork colour is customisable - available in gold, silver, or light pink as alternatives to the standard cobalt blue. A personalised message can be hand-piped in matching calligraphy on the cake board, specified in the instructions field at checkout. The fresh lemon slice and mint garnish are applied at time of preparation and the cake should be refrigerated until 30 minutes before serving.
 

This cake is produced with a lower sugar formulation, making it a suitable option for health-conscious guests and those managing sugar intake.
