The Golden Daisy Palette Knife Cake is a custom buttercream birthday cake baked in a 100% dedicated nut-free and lactose-free kitchen - decorated using the palette knife technique, where our decorators hand-sculpt individual three-dimensional daisy petals directly onto the cake surface in dusty blue and crisp white buttercream. Each flower is centred with edible gold glitter, and the exterior is finished with hand-applied gold splatter accents and delicate gold pearl detailing throughout.
Because every petal and flower is formed freehand using palette tools, no two cakes are identical - the organic placement of each bloom gives this design a distinctly artisan, painted quality that standard piping techniques cannot replicate. The flower colour is fully customisable - pink, lavender, ivory, and sage green are popular alternatives to the standard dusty blue and white palette, and can be specified at checkout to match your event theme. A personalised birthday message is hand-piped in gold script, specified in the writing message field at checkout.
This cake is produced with a lower sugar formulation, making it a suitable option for health-conscious guests and those managing sugar intake.
