The Hydrangea 50th Anniversary Three-Tier Cake is a fondant cake decorated with hydrangea flowers and finished with a 50th anniversary topper, made for golden jubilee celebrations. Three tiers give the design the scale a fifty-year milestone deserves, whether the party is a family lunch or a banquet hall reception.
Hydrangea clusters soften the clean fondant tiers, and the decoration colour can move from classic white and gold to soft blue, blush or lilac. The number of tiers can be adjusted to the guest count, and each tier can be baked in a different flavour. The anniversary topper is acrylic, and its style depends on availability. Anniversary customers have told us their cakes were delivered on time and made exactly to specification, including one couple who chose a different flavour for each of three layers.
It is made in a 100% nut-free bakery and is Halal, lactose-free, alcohol-free and Gluten-free. An eggless or vegan version can be prepared on pre-order.
