Q: Is everything nut-free and tree nut-free?

A: Our facility is totally nut free. All our fine ingredients are free from nuts, including peanut. You’ll have a worry-free experience when it comes to any type of nut.

Q: Do I need to worry about any lactose products?

A: No; everything made in our bakery is specially baked those who are affected by lactose intolerance, so both affected people and unaffected people can enjoy our treats.

Q: Do the cakes have any trace of alcohol?

A: No, there is no alcohol in any of our products. Even our rum flavor has no alcohol!


Q: What about trans fat? Do you have any problems with not including it in your cakes?

A: No, not at all! In fact, all our products are trans fat free! In our cake mixes, (butter cream or crusted) we always use polyunsaturated or monounsaturated oil or fat. We use canola oil and shortening made from vegetable oils without any hydrogenation. We never use highly saturated butter or any hydrogenated products. Our products have zero trans-fat and zero cholesterol.


Q: Are your cakes completely free of animal products?

A: All of Irresistible Cakes’ products are guaranteed free from all animal (except egg) derived products. Our products are completely free from gelatine, meat and alcohol.


Q: Do you offer vegan or egg-free as well?

A: Yes. We make egg-free/ eggless or vegan cakes with selected flavors.


Q: If I’m serving my cake the next day, how do I store them?

A: Always refrigerate the cake with the temperature of 2-5oC. As mentioned before on our website, our cakes are very moist, hence during refrigeration, always close the box properly to avoid drying.  If it helps, our cakes have 10 days of self-life.


Q: Can I refrigerate my cakes, cupcakes or cake pops for longer storage?

A: No. The best way to store our products (excluding cookies) is to put them in a refrigerator at 2-5oC temperature, no longer than 5 days. You can store our cookies at room temperature for a longer time, but no more than a month!


Q: Do special cakes need to be ordered in advance?

A: Yes. If the order is of our few selected flavors with size 10×10”, 10” round or 8”, the day before is enough notice. In general, we do require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for custom cake, cookies, cupcake or cake pops orders (flower-shaped frosting, extra decorations, etc.). Note that you should inform us one month before the occasion for wedding cakes. If you need a cake in a hurry, call us right away, and we’ll make your cake as fast as we can, still maintaining our good skills. Cake 911 at your service!


Q: Can I change my order?

A: Of course! If you ordered one week ago, we can change the amount or design of your order. Any changes can be made to an order of our daily flavors. Please advise us of any changes you need, as soon as possible. Changes are acceptable via in person or over email, we never accept any changes, revision or cancelation over the phone.


Q: Do you deliver?

A:  Yes, we deliver wedding cakes or any cake above $250 with a nominal delivery charge. Note that we deliver only in the following areas: Brampton, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Malton, Markham, Toronto, Mississauga,  Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Woodbridge,  Maple, Concord, Mono, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Hamilton, Ancaster, St. Catherine’s, Stoney Creek, Brantford, Grimsby, Burlington, Oakville, Caledon, Orangeville, Kleinburg, Ajax, Oshawa, Pickering, Stouffville, Port Perry, Guelph, Halton Hills, Milton, Campbellville, New Market, Uxbridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Bond Head, Aurora, King City, Kettleby, Alliston, Barrie, Niagara-On-The-Lake and Niagara Falls, and Whitby.


Q: Do I have to pay for my special order cake (not including wedding cakes) at the time of ordering?

A: Yes; either in person, E-transfer, cheque or over the phone with a credit card.


Q: What method of payment do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards (Visa and Master Card), Debit / Interac, cheque, cash and E-transfer


  1. Is a deposit required for wedding cakes?

A: Yes. A deposit of 30% is required on wedding cakes and it must be paid in full, two weeks prior to pickup/delivery.


Q: Can I customize my cake, any way I want?

A: Yes, but we’d prefer a little more direction from you. What kind of colors or images do you want? It’s best to supply us with pictures of what you’re imagining (we can all show off your cake with pride on both sides). Print off or email us your inspirations! For edible images, send the picture via email at and write the order number (if you are given one) and pick up date.
